- String Quartet No. 3 ‘The Devil’s Dream’ commissioned by Vanbrugh Quartet, funded by The Arts Council ‘Music Project Award’. Premiered at West Cork Chamber Music Festival. Broadcast on RTÉ Lyric FM.
- ‘Divisions’ commissioned by Baroque violinist Claire Duff, with support from Arts Council of Northern Ireland, to write a sonata for solo violin.
- ‘Hive Mind’ written for Kensington Symphony Orchestra London for PRS for Music Foundation ‘Adopt a Composer’ programme, run by Making Music, in Partnership with Making Music, and in association with BBC Radio 3. Premiered at the Barbican Centre, London and broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
2014
- ‘A Nywe Werk’ won Choir & Organ Magazine international composition competition 2014.
- ‘Arche’ won West Cork Chamber Music Festival’s Young Composers’ Bursary and the string quartet was premiered at the festival
- ‘Testament’ commissioned by Cavan Arts for the Cavan County Choir with the poet Heather Brett for the opening of the Cavan UNESCO Geopark
- String Quartet No. 2 commissioned by the Prima String Quartet with support from Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
- ‘Dreams’ won Feis Ceoil choral composition award
- ‘Under-Song’ won Mornington Singers composition competition
2013
- ‘Retreat’ won West Cork Chamber Music Festival’s Young Composers’ Bursary and the string quartet was premiered at the festival
- ‘Et clamabant’ won Historic Scotland’s Fragments Composition Award
- ‘Springer’ shortlisted for the National Centre for Early Music Composers’ Award 2013 in York, England

- ‘Jubilate Deo’ awarded first place in the St Giles’s Cathedral international composition competition by composer Sir James MacMillan
